Guest -I have followed Kay MacKenzie's work for awhile and I had a chance upexpected 'dinner' with Kay when working a show! When we got introduced I realize Kay's dress was made with MY fabric.. it's been a love fest ever since... Kay appliques and I love her look.
Guest - So happy to have you meet my friend designer Susan Guzman. I think I meet Susan right after I started my facebook pages and we have chatted back and forth ever since. So happy to have her here with me to so we can hear about her quilt work and she is going to tell me about using Electric Quilt today.
Guest - My next guest is a 'new' best friend... I meet Sharon Pederson when Aurifil thread and I started the process of asking designers to join us for the year long Designer of the month event. Sharon has such as sparkling personality and incredible wit... I imagine if you have taken a workshop with her you had the BEST time.
Guest -I started to follow Sue Spargo's work when she first had her quilts published in some primitive folk art books featuring multiple artists. I have always been drawn to her asymmetrical projects and her lovely shapes. Sue and I meet when we both taught at a retreat in ohio and have been friends since! Sue's work has such incredible detail and I'm excited to have her here to chat with us
